Welcome to MarinerApp™. By accessing or using the MarinerApp™ mobile application, website, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Informational Purpose Only

MarinerApp™ provides navigation tools, weather data, routes, navigation aids, mooring locations, and user-generated content for informational purposes only.

MarinerApp™ is not a substitute for:

• Official nautical charts

• Government navigation publications

• Notices to mariners

• Proper seamanship

• Onboard navigation equipment

Users are solely responsible for navigation decisions and vessel safety.

2. No Warranty

MarinerApp™ makes no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy

• Completeness

• Reliability

• Availability

Data may be incorrect, outdated, or incomplete.

Use at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarinerApp™, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Grounding

• Collision

• Injury

• Death

• Property damage

• Financial loss

• Vessel damage

resulting from use of the app.

4. User Content

Users may submit routes, pins, notes, and other content.

You are responsible for your content.

MarinerApp™ is not responsible for user-generated content accuracy.

5. Account and Subscription

Subscriptions may include:

• Free trial periods

• Monthly plans

• Annual plans

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use means acceptance.
